The purpose of this agreement is to explain to you how the Client’s personal data is processed, the purpose for which it is used and the rights of the Customer whose personal data is processed.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING. YOUR PERSONAL

We process your personal data. personal based on interests that are: legitimate, legal, real, transparent and present.

1. When you register, we collect: name, surname, email address, telephone number for processing, managing and issuing certification documents regarding participation, graduation of courses and issuance of graduation / participation certificate.
2. When you make an registration, we collect your home address and/or tax billing data only for the purpose  of complying with the legal provisions regarding the processing and issuance of tax documents.
3. When you make a registration, your personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone number are collected through the customer registration form and the declaration of consent, for the purpose of sending information (via SMS) regarding the course support and for marketing purposes (email), to provide you with information about your own advertising campaigns.

We keep personal data safe, with appropriate technical measures, with appropriate organizational measures, with a high level of security against unauthorized processing, against illegal processing, against accidental or unlawful loss, against accidental or unlawful destruction; against accidental or unlawful damage.

If you have reason to believe that any personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to:

• request information about data processing (right of access)
• rectify them (right to rectification)
• request to be deleted (right to erasure)
